Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will normally ship within 3-5 days. Grandfather clocks are shipped by freight and usually take 2-4 weeks to deliver. All other clocks are shipped by UPS ground and usually take between 3-5 days. If you need a clock shipped by a different method (overnight, etc.) please contact us to make the arrangements. If an item is back ordered you will be contacted immediately.
